i feel my heart gets in and out of things very easily, and so i now realized it is in where the need is... so i thought of volunteering with kids for a long time... but i never cud... and then recently i joined a place luckily i got excited... but soon the excitment went a way and then i didnt gort for the whole week... then i got a kick again and i went on this time i got into a class and there in the class i spotted a kid i ***** get my eyes off... he resembled like my nephew and i got feelings for him juts like my nephew... and i felt may be he cud give me ample reason to keep coming to school , and i felt in urge to protect him and ensure the teacher wasnt harsh with him and he wasnt hurt by teachers remark and other kids wernt pulling him down... and when i felt he is a happy kid who isnt so sensitve and can easily take care of himself i felt better yet to protect and ensure i be with him and let no harm come was strong... but yesterday i as a part of the plan sat in the other class and felt the boredom coming again... as if i ***** feel anything for any kid and i felt they can be good without me... today i didnt go and feel my xcitement as gone down... and i feel may be i wills top caring for that kid too...this is how i take everything... i left a highly paying job cuz i didnt like mingling with ppl there... or even feel the need for the work i was doing, i felt it wasnt adding value to anyones life and i am better off without it... now i feel the only way i can volunteer in the school is if i am only in the class where that kid studies so i cud gain some love and happiness asi work there...

Can i sue an owner of a property for him going against an agreement i have for parking on his lot?

Today i received a ticket for parking on private property without consent of the owner. I received this ticket in a lot in which i payed to park in and have a legal document stating i have payed and my vehicle is authorized to be parked in this lot. The owner called and complained about my parking and i received a ticket. Technically i was not parked in a spot but i was out of the way of traffic in a corner that my vehicle can fit into(i drive a large truck). I have parked in this spot for over 6 months and the owner has not said one word to me and now today when i confronted him he said he gave me ample warning to move...none. I payed $200 for a permit on his lot, if he complained saying i cant park on his private property do i have any base to sue him for the $200 i payed for the permit and the $60 ticket? thanks for answers.

Is a car dealers service dept responsible for repairs to my engine?

I purchased a 2002 Acura TL from a local Toyota Dealer in 2007 and at the same time purchased a maint agreement for the auto. This takes care of oil changes tire rotations etc for the life of the auto. This is the only place that services my car because I am not a mechanic therefore the purchase of maint agreement. My records are impecable and show every service and every gas fill up with miles date gallons and total price. Call me anal anyway my son was going to take the car to ohio for the summer so last Fri took the car in for oil change and received the service. On Sat morn my son and his buddy left for Ohio and made it 151 miles up the interstate when car started running hot and he immediately pulled off the interstate into a convience store/mechanics shop. The car overheated and was spewing from the radiator. After ir cooled off they opened the hood and the mechanic noticed the radiator cap was not present and asked when was car serviced last and my son informed him the day before. The mechanic stated they probally left it off or loose after the service so the mechanic drove 11 miles to auto zone to pick up radiator cap plus anti freeze and returned and filled up radiator with fluid and water and put cap back on. The car at this time had ample time to cool down and when they started car smoke and oil and water flowed out of tail pipe and engine sounded rough. The mechanic stated it was a blown head gasket for sure and the heat probally warped the heads which means rebuild or drop anothe motor in. I called Toyota dealership and informed them of what happened and was told by service mgr its not their fault and besides he says you only came in for oil change. He states they do not do inspection under the hood for fluids air filter wipers and such. I called him a liar because they try to sell me these items everytime I am there. O not this time huh how convienent. I have taken pics of radiator and the neck is not bent or twisted the hoses are fine and no tears in radiator. Do I have any chance of getting a judgement to pay approx $2750.00 for another motor. Does it just come down to my word against their word and is it worth trying litigation. This is in the state of Alabama.

I think he's said some pretty stupid stuff. First off, he talks about himself in the third person which may or may not think he likes hearing his name. I don't like his personality but I do think he is the best basketball player on the planet right now and has the potential to become a top five player of all-time but I think mentally he isn't that strong. Turning a window well into a greenhouse?

I have always been interested in plants, and today I was sitting in my room (in the basement) as it was raining. About a half hour later, the sun came out and water vapor began to condense on my window and the window well cover. Landlord tells me she will be on vacation when I move out and can't do a walk through?

I am breaking my lease 4 month early. In good faith I told management over 60 days in advance and offered to make my move-out date at a mid-month point so they had plenty of time to get apartment ready for a new tenant the following month. I sent a letter formalizing my move-out plans and requested a walk through for the day after I move out. The woman who manages the complex told me to keep in touch with her to find out about a new tenant, and was told yesterday she has a new tenant lined up. When I asked her for an appointment for a walk through the day after I move out she said "well that's the problem, I will be on vacation from the 7th through the 26th" and when I asked if the person who would be covering for her would handle accepting the keys and doing the walk through, she said I could turn in the keys but that SHE had to inspect the unit for any damages. It is my intention to leave the unit spotless, ready for the maintenance crew (there's about 225 units here) to do whatever they do to prep for a new tenant. What steps should I take to "cover my rear"? I was thinking of sending a letter to the effect of "I was pleased to hear from you that you have a new tenant for my unit for an "x" move-in date. I understand that you will be on vacation when I move out and unavailable for a final walk through, but I will be happy to turn in my keys on "y" date to give the crew ample time to prep for the new tenant..." I live in Ireland which has weather that is not to extreme .I have a small back garden (roughly 6 meters by 6 meters ) but i live near 2 large public parks and have no problem walking the dog more the 3 times a day :) there will always be someone to look after the dog as my mam does not work and is home most of the time . i will be able to come home from school every day at 1 o clock to give the dog a walk for appox. 30 mins then im back to school for another 2 hours . My mam CANNOT walk larger dogs as she is not that strong to walk larger breeds but the rest of the family is . my back garden has a well shaded area and enough space for him/her to walk about . Cheapest short-term Housing in the LA area?

I'm planning on a trip to California at the end of September and haven't had much luck in finding affordable, short-term housing. See I'm not so sure if I want to live there permenatly, this will be a sort of test run to see if California and I agree. If .357sig ammo is more than .357mag ammo then what is the advantage. They are both high velocity rounds. Yes you get faster reloads with the G34 over the magnum but your not carrying it so there is no worry. The only two advantages on getting a .357sig if your own a .357mag is the faster reloads and in some the .40SW conversion. Oh and it nice to shoot. I would go with the G17 or G19 in 9mm(I own one). It sounds like you need a good 9mm. Good luck on that!

Community college classes are like real college classes; otherwise they wouldn't transfer. If you've heard it's really easy, then go to a more reputable one. Showing up and getting an A is high school, not college. And college summer classes aren't like summer school in high school - they're full classes covered in 6 weeks instead of 4 months. It's a ton of work, and you can't take more than 2 at a time. Not to mention you have to apply to transfer almost a year before you'd actually transfer, so you'd be applying before you had any college grades to show them if you only spent one year at community college. I think you might be underestimating the amount of work college expects from you. Also, philosophy is kinda useless - do you have a plan for what you're going to do with that? And don't say 'college professor'.

Two Year Old Rat Terrier WETS ALL OVER! HELP!?

I have a Rat Terrier, Male, neutered at a young age. I got him as a puppy from the breeder and he has lived with us his whole two years so abuse is not a factor in the fact that he pees all over the place. He does not even know how to sit because if we attempt training he pees on our feet, when we greet him he pees, when he is scolded for peeing he pees, I can't even kick him off my bed or he will pee on my bed. He still stays in a kennel all day. We thought for a period that he was trained and we let him stay out during the day only to find that he began wetting all over again. He is let out often. He has a fenced yard to run and exercise in so he has ample opportunity to get the wet out. Even when we come home to let him out of his kennel he wets right out the doors. HOW TO CARE FOR CALLA LILLIES IN VEGAS?

Why does it feel like my guts itch?

I started taking Tylenol pm a while ago cuz I couldn't sleep. It was expired but I took it anyway. And it was also extra strength but I took 4 instead of 2 because 2 wouldn't put me to sleep. Anyway, the first time i took it I would get this extreme itching type of feeling inside me like my stomach or whatever but that was only if I woke up. im 16 years old and i would like to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time so ive been lifting for over a year now and have a good built body, now i would like to cut some fat off!!! i do 20 mins of cardio after i lift and i lift 4days a week but i dont do the extreme diet plans like eat this many grams of protein,carbs,fats etc, i eat whatever i can grab from fast food 1-2 times a week to sleeping in and skipping breakfast(rarely) i just want to know if i should get on those diet plans of eating just rice,grains,tuna,turkey,sweet potatoes, etc and do 20 minutes of cardio daily. to get super lean but i dont also want to be a bodybuilder so that is why i dont do the xtreme diets. anyone help plz i need guidance!!!!!

EXTREME bottom left abdominal pain!!!?

Well about 5 days ago i had extreme pain in my lower left quadrent, it was the worst pain of my life and I have a high tolerence. I was in tears!! I also couldn't have a bowel movement it felt like i had to but i couldn't. All thatt came out was some blood (NOT hemmorroids) and some jelly-like clear stuff. I still can't have a bowel movement and the pain comes in waves of extreme and mild. I had a CT scan today, but my doctor's office seems like they need to go back to med school, but any way IDK what is wrong and im going away for a few days (6 hour car drive) What do you think is wrong? Burning sensation and vision problems?

Ok, i have burning sensastions in my legs when i put jeans on, not when they're not on. My digital camera videos play fine on computer but once burnt to cd the audio skips?

I wanted to burn my home videos off my camera to cd. everything downloaded, reinserted the burnt cd to double check that they played okay, and the voices skip. I've given the videos ample time to load and they still do it. I tried to burn them at the slowest speed 16x but still nothing. I even tried and burnt it from a different brand new dvd/cd burner and it still does it. OH and all the videos play PERFECT straight off the computer!! Decorative vine that likes water/ponds?

I have a waterfall that pours into a pond that is filled with rock (6" to 10" granite and black basalt); I'm looking for a vine that will creep across the rocks and enjoy the ample supply of water. Is my foot sprained, did i pull a tendon, or is it just bruised?

i was doing back handsprings this morning, and my arms gave out in one of them, and i fell to the ground. i landed on the top part of my foot; my foot was flipped upside down when i fell, and all my body weight landed on it too. it hurt a LOT on contact, but i got up and continued to tumble, because in the moment, the pain didn't seem as bad. BUT progressively throughout the day, the pain through my foot gets worse and worse.i have extreme difficulty walking, and even just sitting there the pain is almost unbearable. and it feels like there is a large spot on the part of the top of my foot that is most towards my ankle area. and then the pain travels in a distinct line down towards my middle toe. (thats the part that worries me that its a problem with a tendon, etc) my foot is somewhat swollen, but a distinct bruise is not noticable. anybody know what this is most likely?

I am only seventeen but I have a cousin who can act like your daughter sometimes and it is hard to take care of her sometimes. What I do to my cousin is I talk to her in a stern voice and make eye contact. The eye contact is the key it shows authority don't force her to look at you just say her name until she looks at you even if it takes about a hundred times before she does. I am one of the only one my cousin listens to and I never lay a hand on her, yell at her, etc. Don't spank your child because physical abuse like that doesn't help much you just have to have patience. I know he means well. But he's been telling me this since I was four. He tries to guide people and they usually don't see what he means either. Personally i give my shrimp & snails sinking foods like broken bits of algae wafers, catfish pellets and even weighted slices of cucumber. My tank is algae-free but my shrimp & snails (i have Amano Shrimp & Apple Snails) thrive because of this. They may be scavengers but they still do best with their own food ^_^v .

My digital camera videos play fine on computer but once burnt to cd the audio skips?

I wanted to burn my home videos off my camera to cd. everything downloaded, reinserted the burnt cd to double check that they played okay, and the voices skip. I've given the videos ample time to load and they still do it. I tried to burn them at the slowest speed 16x but still nothing. I even tried and burnt it from a different brand new dvd/cd burner and it still does it. OH and all the videos play PERFECT straight off the computer!! I've recently started couponing and very recently started couponing at Food Town. What I saw at several stores around the Houston/Sugar Land area really disturbed me. I wanted to know if what I saw is coupon fraud. At one location a cashier was pulling 55� peelie coupons off of products of Shout so he could send them in to the manafacture letting the store be reimbursed without any customer having redeemed them. At three other Food Towns I spied them manually entering in taxable coupons as non taxable/food coupons so an item would be doubled taxed. Here in Texas as well as a few other states by law the manafacture must pay the tax for the consumer. It's keyed into the coupons. So Food Town is letting their customer pay taxes on something that has already been paid for by the manafacture. New extreme couponers probably wouldn't have even noticed. Anyway, is this coupon fraud?

First don't listen to what you're father says, you being out on the front lines is the reason he is sitting down watching TV and not digging through junkyards. It is a very honorable thing for you to join enlisted and be infantry. When I get out of high school, I'm going to enlist with a 11x option 40 contract. This will guarantee that I get to become a Ranger as long as I make it through the pipeline (BCT, OSUT, Airborne, Ranger School). You can also get a contract to become Special Forces. Lots of people become Rangers then apply for SF (you will not be guaranteed entry into SF school though). If you are Special Forces you certainly aren't stupid, SF isn't about kicking down doors and shooting people, they train foreign militias, thus they must know how to speak a foreign language. They will teach you that language in a year long course. You must be able to map out an entire area and bring back intelligence. Plus you must know how to think on your feet quick and make intelligent decisions. If you really want to fight I would recomend enlisting with a Ranger or Special Forces contract. Even if you aren't good enough to make it to Ranger or SF, you will still be an Airborne Infantryman which is a respectable job. Good Luck and make the decision for YOU, don't follow a map follow your dream.

I can't poop D: Help?!?

This is probably incredibly TMI but I'm starting to panic here so I'm going to ask anyway. I haven't been able to poop for the past three or four days. The last time I did before that, it was extremely difficult as well; I was in the bathroom for literally hours and when it did come out, it was just in these hard little pellet-like things. I don't usually have totally regular bowel movements though, I go about every two days but they're always normal. This evening I ate an apple, a FiberOne bar, and a prune; I did have an ample amount of fettucine alfredo earlier though so I'm not sure whether that might have been unhelpful. xD When I try to ~go~, I know there's *something* right there but I can't seem to push it out, maybe because it's too hard or too large. I took a stool softener but I'm not sure if that'd help if it's already right there. I'm terrified that it's an impaction or something and I'm really starting to freak out. We attended a dinner party at the home of my wife's coworker, Susan, and I excused myself to the kitchen to refill our drinks. It is absurd that the government will not legalize marijuana when it is not deadly , nor is it harmless and it takes ample amount of dosage to cause any minor altercation of the body, it also has no harmful side effects. I don't understand why they allow cigarettes , aalcoholand ample or other products that are harmfull to everyone. The cigaretss kill , cause cancer , long problems etc , they know alchol causes a variety of diffeent harmful(some cases deadly). There are a large group of children and teenages who smoke cigaretts and drink alchohol and DIP . The majority of tobacco products and alcholic beverages and drinks are easily obtainable. If you were to set up a set up a scientific study provided with; Alchol , cigaretts , and marijuana and see which products can be easily used I would garentee they would get in the alchohol first , the cigaretts second , and would take a while before they were to use the marijuana properly. Marijuana is in fact benifitial to ones health and in many circumstances essential for you health. It does not cause in altercation in ones thought process , in fact it helps. Find any thing pertaining to marijuana that has a dramatic side effect on humans health. And find anything that is beneficial from tobacco products like cigarettes , cigars , DIP , etc. And there are some alcohols that have some beneficial properties

I have been on Percocet 10/325 for a year. My husband had a few of his 'boys' over and guess what came up missing out of my bathroom cabinet? Yep. Now I am in extreme pain. I was able to bear it for two days, but this, the third, I can't get off the couch and my knee keeps giving out on me and I'm getting searing pains up and down my leg and my nerves in that leg are going crazy. I get my meds in pain management and they have a strict policy of no refills early, even if they are stolen (WITH a police report). A friend just came over and he is prescribed Oxycodone HCL 5 mg, and he said that they were basically the same thing that I am taking. I only need a couple as I can get my refill in a few days. so, is this the same as it, or is what he wants me to have considered Oxycontin? I'm very nervous about taking meds that aren't prescribed to me, but the ER or anything else is out of the question. I just wanted to know if this truly is the same thing that I am prescribed? And is it time release or instant release, because I don't know how I should responsibly take it if I even choose to do so. Any help would be wonderful.

Alright I met this girl 2 years ago, the first year I had an extreme crush on her, but come this year we started talking "A LOT" every day. thousands and thousands of text a week, and collected hundreds of hours over the phone with her. She knew how I felt for her very yearly on of this year. And she told me she really liked me, However she didn't wanna start dating right now.
