What exactly is a propaganda poster? and why is this not one?(U.S,WW2)?

That is propaganda. It's just that we, as americans. And maybe some canadians too. Think that just because it's OUR propaganda that it's not bad propaganda. As the propaganda of a different country, possibly say the nazi's is evil and what not. While they thought it was good.
