In the interest of fairness, should people on welfare be deported to their native countries?

Particularly people whom their welfare already expired (after 5 years) but social services let them slide. These are people who have been given ample time to get back on their feet. If they cant get back on their feet in 5 years, then they don't deserve to be here. More to the point, it is immoral to mooch off of other people for such a long period of time. Lastly, it would be far cheaper to deport these hopelessly lazy people, than to give them a free ride.
