"Lost" Season 2, Ep. 21: "?" beginning?

I've been watching Lost, and I want to know something. Nothing serious. Anyway, this episode is after Micheal kills Anna and possibly lets Henry go. In the beginning of this episode, Mr. Ecko is building his church, and Anna comes up to him. I paused right after It pans up to her bullet shot chest and shows the blood on her lip. So,the question: Is her face scary? Its 2:00 am,and I get easily scared, so... anything scary happens? Tell me what happens in that dream. AND NO EXTREME SPOILERS! >:(
