Why does my neck shake a little bit now at times?

well i noticed my neck wiggles a little bit at times, and this started happened after i went into extreme game mode. I was playing my game like 12 hours a day, for a month... Now im out of game mode, but it still wiggles a little bit now and then, its just like a spasm sorta in my neck, sometimes its really HARD or sometimes it just like a little shrug? Like my bone inside is wiggling lol... What is this? Will it go away? Thanks
