Did the NSDAP tone down its antisemitism during the pre-election period?

I was reading a book by historian Richard Overy and he mentions that the NSDAP toned down its antisemitic propaganda and speech during pre-election period. Is this true? I.e. Can anyone provide me with party documents from pre-election and after election after its joining with the DNVP to take power of Germany, so the NSDAP antisemitic approach can be compared from pre-election and post-election.
